The workshop was constructed with building a boat in mind, between 1990-92. It is 40 x 28, with a 14 x 39 foot central open area with 16 foot headroom. Lion‘s design was picked largely because it fits (barely). Most equipment is pretty old, mostly acquired at auctions.
